Step 3 Lead

Salary: £31,072 - £40,964

Location: South East (Maidstone, Canterbury or Reigate)

We are extremely proud of the work we do but we know we need to go further. 

We’re looking for a Step 3 Lead to work with our leadership team within our mental health services. Working closely with our Step 3 clinical team and the operational leadership teams, you will support the service to deliver high quality support to people with moderate to severe common mental health problems.

You’ll support individual staff with developing their performance in their clinical work, as well as supporting with risk, safeguarding and quality assurance.

You’ll also support clients directly and deliver high intensity interventions in a range of mediums, including online, in workshops and one to one.

What we’re looking for

  • You’ll be a qualified High Intensity Therapist with experience of working in an IAPT service.
  • You’ll be interested in supporting other people to deliver high quality services in line with the organisational strategy.
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of performance, risk, safeguarding and quality, as well as experience of coaching and supporting others in these areas.
  • You’ll have experience of delivering high intensity interventions to people with mild to moderate common mental health problems in a variety of formats.
