The Cornwall Community Services are currently looking to recruit full and part time Recovery Coordinators to join their North and East team. Full time staff will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over on a rota basis. Part time staff will be required to work 22.5 hours per week, 3 days over on a rota basis. The rota runs from Sunday to Saturday. The full time equivalent salary range on offer is: £19,518-£22,247 pro rata.

Working as a part of our North and East team you will be there to assist in the delivery of an integrated service across all localities. Acting as both supporter and facilitator, you'll provide support and information as well as drawing up action plans for individuals to assist them through and beyond the challenges they face, and work with them to make positive changes.

We have a full time vacancy for an experienced and process driven project administrator to join our countywide admin team in West Sussex.

Based in Bognor Regis on a day to day basis you will work as part of the wider administrative team across the county and will therefore need access to a vehicle, a full clean driving license and the flexibility to be able to travel to other sites, sometimes at short notice. Mileage will be paid for an travel over and above your normal journey to work.

At Addaction we put our service users at the heart of everything we do and to ensure this happens, the ability to work as part of a team is essential. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing a busy reception. Other key duties will include taking minutes, typing letters, inputting accurate data into our script database, completing & submitting routine monthly returns to given deadlines and controlling the project petty cash.

With the ability to put visitors at ease on reception both face to face and on the telephone, a ‘can do’ attitude is essential. Secretarial skills are essential including typing and minute taking as is the ability to work under pressure, prioritising your workload and ensuring all work is completed to given deadlines.
Excellent IT skills are essential with the successful candidate preferably having advanced qualifications in the use of word and excel. You must be an organised individual who aspires to ensuring a high level of detail & accuracy in their work. This vacancy would suit someone with experience of working in a medical setting but this is not essential.
