The Cornwall Community Services are currently looking to recruit full and part time Recovery Coordinators to join their North and East team. Full time staff will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over on a rota basis. Part time staff will be required to work 22.5 hours per week, 3 days over on a rota basis. The rota runs from Sunday to Saturday. The full time equivalent salary range on offer is: £19,518-£22,247 pro rata.

Working as a part of our North and East team you will be there to assist in the delivery of an integrated service across all localities. Acting as both supporter and facilitator, you'll provide support and information as well as drawing up action plans for individuals to assist them through and beyond the challenges they face, and work with them to make positive changes.

You'll need to have excellent listening skills, balanced with a team-oriented and proactive attitude, as well as demonstratable experience in a health, social care or criminal justice setting.

We are looking to employ two Generic Project Workers for Grantham, Lincolnshire. Addaction Lincolnshire work to address the needs of those seeking support and treatment for drug and alcohol issues and to assist them into recovery.
